Meet Gracie Harris. This mischievous 7-year-old lives in Acworth, loves playing babies, and is happiest covered in slobber from her two golden retrievers. She also has cerebral palsy, which means that for her, life is experienced in a wheelchair, speech is limited, and fine motor skills are elusive.
When Drs. Dale and Emily Yake, Seven Hills residents and owners of PT Solutions Physical Therapy, heard about Gracie’s needs for a motorized wheelchair, a remodeled bathroom, a ramp for the home’s front door, and an elevator/stair lift, they teamed up with Little Black Dress|Little Red Wagon and A Fresh Hope to put on a Fundraiser 5K and Fun Run for Gracie: Race for Grace.
