I LOVE the strawberry cake. It is my absolute favorite. Last month for my birthday, my students bought me a mini strawberry cake from Gabriels because they knew how much I like it. It was the perfect size for my small family. It made my birthday very special.

The Rum pund cake sounds incredible – we lived in the Cayman Islands when we were first married and that sounds a lot like the “famous” Cayman rum cakes that we loved so much – we even served that as our grooms cake at our wedding – we will definitely have to try one of Gabriels!! I am sure it will be delicious!!
I love anything from Gabriel’s! But, I don’t think I’ve tried the famous Italian Cream Cake!….

I love the red velvet! It is, without a doubt, the lightest and fluffiest red velvet I’ve ever had. The banana pudding is divine, and I plan on getting the strawberry cake for Mother’s Day. We are picking up my daughter’s 16th birthday cake next weekend and can’t wait to see it! Gabriel’s is a gem!

Got to be the carrot cake. A classic. Good for all occasions. Moist, delicious, topped with rich, creamy, cream cheese frosting. Plus, you get your vegetables.

Hands down, my absolute favorite is the strawberry cake. It is always delicious! I have actually made several cakes from Johnnie’s cookbook and a friend of mine has loved them so much that I am giving her the cookbook for her birthday today! We are trying to find a day to come enjoy lunch at Gabriel’s as well. Can’t wait to have some dessert!
The Double Fudge Cake With Double Fudge Icing is the BEST cake in the world!! I have had this cake on my birthday on several occasions and it is to die for!! Johnny you are indeed the “Cake Master”!
The Strawberry is my favorite, but I do love The White Lady & the Rum Pound Cake. It really is tough to choose just one.
So many to chose from, but if I had to pick one I’d pick the chocolate pecan cake! It merges 2 of my favorite desserts…chocolate cake and pecan pie!!! LOVE IT!!! Can’t wait to go try some!

The Hummingbird cake is my all time favorite! I think it is the yummiest cake ever! I use to deliver these cakes to Real Estate Offices and all the agents use to almost attack me to get at this fabulous cake!! YUM!

The Hummingbird Cake is the absolute best! It’s the only cake that tempts me to go off my diet.
I never leave Gabriel’s without buying at least one of the best cookies made: the Craisins and White Chocolate better known as the “Chewbilee”.
There is nothing better than a good lemon cheese cake. The lemon filling is so good. I think I could eat an entire tray of the lemon bars as well. Yummy!

I love the strawberry cake and was lucky enough to have tasted it and was not disappointed. It was the hit of the bridal shower I threw for my now daughter in law. My grandmother’s 100th birthday is coming up May 5th and are in the process of planning a party for her. Would love to win the custom cake and would use it for that occasion

My vote’s for the caramel cake. Not only because it is so yummy, but because I know how hard it is to get the caramel icing just right. My grandmother used to make perfect caramel cakes. . . firm caramel that set just right but still creamy enough to melt in your mouth. One bite of Johnnie’s caramel cake and I’m sitting in Grannie’s kitchen surrounded by love and laughter!

The chocolate sheet cake is exactly what my grandma used to make for our birthdays when we were little. That is probably my favorite, not just for the taste, but for the great memories it brings back.

The best cake I ever tasted was the Gabriel’s Strawberry Cake! However, we had Gabriel’s design my son’s birthday cake from a party napkin that looked like the beach. It was EXACTLY the same, complete with flip flops, sunglasses, a beach towel and sugary sand. It was amazing and tasted great!
Oh wow! It all sounds so good and I can speak from experience that everything is delicious. It really isn’t good that I’m craving these sweets so late but the white chocolate cake sounds delicious right now!!!
We didn’t have a wedding cake, so a Gabriel Wedding Cake would be a dream come true for our 6th anniversary.

Have to agree with Mary Anne that strawberry cake is pure heaven closely followed by the carrot cake and red velvet cupcake – it will probably take me the rest of the year to try them all but I’m giving it my best effort!
I would choose everything, but if I had to choose one it would be the Mini Chocolate Cups with white chocolate curls. I will have to remember this bakery.

Gabriel’s strawberry cake is incredible. Actually of their cakes are, but I think this one is my favorite!
Fresh Strawberry Cake:
Fresh, chopped strawberries are strewn throughout our buttery yellow layer and baked. More fresh chopped strawberries are added to our own cream cheese/butter cream and spread between the layers and frosts the cake. Strawberries through and through!
