Call it glistening. Call it sweating like a pig. Whatever you call it, you can’t avoid it in Atlanta. So, how do you make it through the dog days of summer without looking like, well, a dog?
The trick is to use the right makeup, and to apply it sparingly. Less is more! I love using tinted moisturizer instead of foundation; it’s lighter than foundation but still evens out your skin tone. My favorite is Laura Mercier, which comes in normal or oil-free, both with SPF 20 (available at fine department stores for around $40). Apply all over with a foundation brush or sponge, blending down onto your neck (sparingly). Then, powder over with a loose bronzer for a sunny glow. Finish up with a lip gloss, and you’re good to go! You’ll stay fresh and put-together…even while you glisten.

I like that this product has SPF in it, too… I’ll have to check it out. Great tip!
